Soft Melt™ is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once a package has been accepted by the carrier.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, provide a replacement.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging. Eligible orders may qualify for a replacement.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Soft Melt™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
